Ducks' Greg Pateryn: Rejoins big club

Pateryn was promoted from AHL San Diego on Tuesday.

Pateryn will be on hand as defensive depth for the Ducks with Josh Manson (finger) placed on injured reserve. The Ducks' next game is Friday versus the Kraken. It's unclear if Pateryn will play -- he's mainly been limited to a third-pairing role this season, amassing two points, 11 hits, 10 PIM and a plus-5 rating through eight contests.
