Hurricanes' Dominik Badinka: Agrees to entry-level contract

Badinka signed a three-year, entry-level contract with Carolina on Sunday.

Badinka produced one goal and three assists in 33 regular-season contests for SHL Malmo in 2023-24. The Hurricanes selected the 18-year-old blueliner with the No. 34 overall pick in the 2024 NHL Entry Draft. Badinka is expected to continue to hone his skills in Sweden during the 2024-25 campaign.
