Kings' Erik Portillo: Sent to minors

Portillo was assigned to AHL Ontario on Wednesday.

Portillo made his NHL debut Friday against the Ducks and turned aside 28 of 29 shots in the 1-0 win. Despite his solid performance against Anaheim, he'll head back to the minors since Darcy Kuemper (undisclosed) was activated from injured reserve Wednesday.
