Lightning's Ben Thomas: Rises to taxi squad

Thomas was promoted to Tampa Bay's taxi squad Friday.

Thomas will likely be on hand as an emergency option for Saturday's game versus Detroit. He's picked up one assist through four top-level appearances this year.
