Lightning's Sean Day: Brought up from minors

Day was called up from AHL Syracuse on Thursday.

Day's promotion comes after Mikhail Sergachev (lower body) was ruled out against the Golden Knights on Thursday. Even with Day joining the Lightning, he figures to serve as a healthy scratch versus Vegas.
