Lightning's Sean Day: Promoted from minors

Day was recalled from AHL Syracuse on Wednesday.

Day has eight assists in 17 contests with Syracuse this season. Although this is the third time the 25-year-old has been summoned by the Lightning in December, Day has yet to make his NHL season debut.
