Mammoth's Ben McCartney: Two points in AHL opener

McCartney scored a goal on two shots and added an assist in AHL Tucson's 5-4 overtime win over Ontario.

McCartney is on a two-way deal with the Mammoth this season, but he'll likely spend most of 2025-26 in the minors. He last played in the NHL with the Coyotes in 2021-22, collecting seven hits and four PIM over two appearances. He posted just 33 points in 63 regular-season outings for the Roadrunners last year.
