Penguins' Jeff Carter: Good to play

Carter (upper body) will draw back into the lineup for Thursday's game against Columbus, per the NHL media site.

Carter has nine goals and 12 points in 61 appearances this season. He missed four straight contests due to the injury. Johnny Gruden is set to be a healthy scratch because of Carter's return.
