We get it -- it's cold in the United States. You can stop tweeting and Instagramming screenshots of how cold it is where you live.

However, the Masters (and the hope and warmth it brings) is only 90 days away.

As part of our countdown, here's some trivia fodder for those of you jonesing for some good Augusta statistics.

Did you know there have only been three 90s shot in Masters history and only one by a non-amateur (known in some circles as a "professional")?

Here they are:

Frank Souchak, 1954 (amateur)
Jock Hutchison, 1956
Chick Evans, 1959 (amateur)

There have been three 91s, two 92s and two 94s (but no 93s) but those are the only 90s ever shot in Masters history.

Oddly Arnold Palmer almost shot 90 twice (he shot 89 in 1997 and 2002) but never did.
