Steve Williams hated Tiger Woods calling him 'Stevie'

Steve Williams was inducted into the caddie hall of fame recently and he dished a little on his life as well as that really famous guy he caddied for.

At an induction to the caddie hall of fame a few weeks ago Steve "Stevie" Williams cleared something up about his name.

From the New York Times:

"Stevie’s what Tiger used to call me, so that’s what everybody calls me," said Williams. "I hate that name."

Tell me more, Steve!

"It’s disappointing," he said. "I caddied for the guy for 13 years, put my heart and soul into it, and there’s been no correspondence at all."

The entire article is actually quite good but it sure doesn't sound like Tiger and Steve are going to make amends anytime soon.
