WATCH: In 2005, Tiger Woods won Masters on golf's most famous chip
If you aren't fired up for Augusta yet this year, this should get the job done.
It is probably the most famous shot of my lifetime. It is the single shot for which I wish Twitter had already existed. It is Tiger Woods chipping in at the 2005 Masters on the 70th hole of the tournament.
Woods went up by two on Chris DiMarco on this chip-in birdie. What you might not remember, though, is that Woods came home bogey-bogey and had to win the thing in a playoff. Still, that's worth forgetting when you remember how insanely cool this shot was to watch live.
Adam Scott said it best on the clip.
"There's so much he's putting into the shot," said Scott. "You can see him preparing all this in his mind. It's like an artist."
