Mariners starting pitcher prospect Danny Hultzen  threw 19 pitches in a simulated game Wednesday, according to The News Tribune. He is now expected to throw two innings in a rehab start in the Arizona League (Rookie) on Monday.

Monday's outing will be Hultzen's first game appearance since being shut down in mid-May because of fatigue in his surgically-repaired shoulder. He made three starts for Double-A Jackson before he was sidelined.
