Nationals activate Dan Uggla from DL; two added to active roster

The Nationals have activated infielder Dan Uggla from the 15-day disabled list. Uggla had been on the DL since the beginning of August with a back injury.

In addition, the Nationals promoted catching prospect Pedro Severino and recalled left-hander Sammy Solis from Triple-A Syracuse on Tuesday.
