Padres pitcher Josh Johnson left Friday's rehab game after facing one hitter, reports the San Diego Union-Tribune.
Johnson left with a trainer, but the injury is not known. Johnson is coming off Tommy John surgery. Friday was his first rehab assignment game since the surgery.
