Report: Twins open to idea of signing SP Ervin Santana

The Twins are open to the idea of signing free agent starting pitcher Ervin Santana, according to the St. Paul Pioneer-Press on Tuesday. The Twins have yet to engage in talks with Santana's camp, although a source told the paper, "he loves pitching in the cold."

Santana went 14-10 with a 3.95 ERA in 31 starts last season for the Braves.
