Tentative showcase date set for Todd Coffey

Free agent pitcher Todd Coffey has a tentative showcase date of Jan. 17 in Arizona, with potentially up to 21 teams in attendance, according to SB Nation on Tuesday. Coffey has not pitched since 2012 for the Dodgers, missing the last year and a half while recovering from Tommy John surgery. He posted a 4.66 ERA over 19 1/3 innings of work in his last season in the majors.
