Tigers hold private workout with Cuban prospect Yoan Moncada

The Tigers have reportedly held a private workout for the Cuban prospect Yoan Moncada, Detroit assistant general manager Al Avila told the Detroit News Saturday.

The Tigers have interested in Moncada but Avila will not say if the team will pursue Moncada when he becomes available to sign with a major league club.
