Let's get you up to speed on the playoff races with four days remaining in the regular season.

All six division races have been decided, so the focus is on the wild-card scrums in each league. In both the NL and the AL, it's a tight three-team race for two spots.

Here are Wednesday's final scores from games with postseason implications:
