White Sox to sell 12-scoop banana split in full-size batting helmet

The newest concession at U.S. Cellular Field this season with be a 12-scoop ice cream sundae served in a full-size batting helmet.

First, we had the Diamondbacks offering an 18-inch corn dog stuffed with bacon and cheese for $25. Now, we have the White Sox offering 12 scoops (!) of ice cream for $17:

This is the Frank Thomas of ice cream sundaes. The full-size batting helmet is a nice touch.

If forced to pick between the 18-inch stuffed corn dog and 12 scoops of ice cream, I'd go with ... probably the ice cream, provided I get to pick my own flavor(s).
