Cavs superstar LeBron James called his friend Chris Paul after the Clippers beat the Spurs in Game 7.

LeBron James called Chris Paul on Saturday night because he wanted to congratulate him. Paul, one of James' three close friends in the NBA, had hit the biggest shot of his career: a game-winning shot to put away the San Antonio Spurs and take his Los Angeles Clippers to the second round of the playoffs. James had sworn off phones and social media for the postseason, but he made an exception after Game 7.

James, who made the call from his wife's phone, per USA Today's Jeff Zillgitt, clearly must care if he was willing to be momentarily distracted from the Cleveland Cavaliers' playoff run for a short phone call before hanging up on his friend. How nice of him.
