Mallory Edens, daughter of Bucks' new owner, wins Draft Lottery
Mallory Edens, the daughter of one of the new owners of the Milwaukee Bucks, was a Twitter hit during the 2014 NBA Draft Lottery.

Mallory Edens is the daughter of Wesley Edens, one of the new co-owners of the Milwaukee Bucks. Wesley Edens and Marc Lasry purchased the Bucks earlier this month for the price tag of $550 million, but nobody on any social media platform seemed to care about the new owners or where the Bucks ended up in the lottery. Despite getting the second pick in the draft (not bad even though Milwaukee had the best odds of winning it), Edens was the talk of Twitter when she was introduced as the Bucks' representative.
In less than an hour, she went from 249 Twitter followers to over 10,000. As of the time of this post, she's well over 31,000 followers. To say she created some buzz on Twitter would be an understatement. While I'm sure the Bucks were a little disappointed to not get the top pick in the draft after having the worst record in the NBA this season, the Bucks' new family was introduced to the NBA and got to celebrate their first real NBA event.
