Paul George on Westbrook and Durant: 'They are buddies, they are back good'
George confirms that the feud is over between the former OKC teammates
The Oklahoma City Thunder made a huge trade for Paul George right before the start of free agency, as they received the All-Star forward from the Pacers in exchange for Victor Oladipo and Domantas Sabonis.
There are plenty of ways this move will impact the Thunder as they try to jump back into title contention with the George-Russell Westbrook partnership. Or we could once again talk about Westbrook's relationship with Kevin Durant.
During a recent appearance on Adrian Wojnarowski's podcast, George touched on how things are going between the former OKC teammates, and confirmed what Kendrick Perkins said a few months back: Russ and KD are friends again. Via The Oklahoman:
"Whatever went between him and Russ that's their business. It's not my point to want to know or want to figure out what happened. It's pointless. They are buddies, they are back good again. I'm here to build something different and something special."
It appears that time does indeed heal all wounds.
