NEW YORK -- Although former Alabama offensive tackle Cyrus Kouandjio didn't have the greatest of seasons in 2013, that didn't preclude him from sticking his name into the draft. The lack of a standout year apparently didn't matter to the Bills, who drafted Kouandjio with the No. 44 overall pick.

But with 2012 second-round pick Cordy Glenn already entrenched at left tackle, the Kouandjio selection doesn't necessarily mean he's slated to play at left tackle. Instead, the right side might be where he's headed.

As NFLDraftScout.com's Rob Rang writes, "Kouandjio's best fit in the NFL is likely at right tackle, as he does not possess ideal balance or quickness to handle speed rushers. His length and strength make him an effective pass blocker as he stands and with improved technique, Pro Bowls could be in his future."
