Broncos waive RB Montee Ball

The Broncos parted ways with running back Montee Ball, the team announced Sunday. Ball had fallen behind on the depth chart. He rushed for 172 yards on 55 attempts last season.

He was the Broncos' second-round pick in the 2013 draft. His best season with the Broncos was his rookie year when he rushed for 559 yards on 120 attempts.
