The Colts released strong safety LaRon Landry, who was owed $8 million over the next two years, reports ESPN.com. Landry, 30, had 47 tackles and 2.5 sacks in 11 games last season.
Landry made 100 tackles with the Jets in 2012 before signing a four-year, $24 million deal with Indy. He missed nine games over two seasons with the Colts, including a four-game suspension last year for PED use.
