The Bears fans who attended the team's 41-28 loss to the Cowboys on Thursday night probably were miserable. It was cold, the Bears were getting walloped, and quarterback Jay Cutler managed to throw a game-sealing interception.

There likely wasn't enough Old Style beer to drown the sorrows of any Bears fans who decided to sit through the entire game. That's how blue those fans must have been.

But these photographed fans must have been sadder than most. Unless you were a masochist, why else would you buy and own so many versions of the Kyle Orton jersey?

That doesn't mean this photo wasn't awesome, nonetheless.

Those are Orton's jerseys from his tenures with the Bears (from 2005-2008), the Bills (2014, where he's taken the starting job from EJ Manuel and actually had success), and the Cowboys (2012-13).

In actuality, the Bills jersey was entirely inappropriate, because Orton has been nothing but solid in Buffalo. If you wanted to complete the sad story, one of these blokes should have spent money to buy an Orton jersey from his time with the Broncos (2009-11) or the Chiefs (2011).
