Russell Wilson spends a lot of time at the Seattle Children's Hospital. He does a lot of good work there spending time with sick children.
It's easily one of the better displays of charity through action in the NFL.
Sometimes he even goes above and beyond what you expect from the Seahawks quarterback, like when he agreed to become a godfather for one lucky young lady.

Tragically, Russell didn't get to spend much time with Ailynn. He posted an additional note on Instagram Wednesday:
My heart, thoughts, and prayers go out to my goddaughter, Ailynn, and her family, as she is now with our Heavenly Father. I know you'll be swinging your 12 flag over Centurylink this Sunday sweetie.
