Peyton Manning has "Omaha," Aaron Rodgers has "New York Bozo," and perhaps fittingly, Tom Brady has "Rex Ryan." During Monday Night's Bills-Patriots game, Brady could be heard yelling "Rex Ryan" at the line of scrimmage.

Brady was asked about it in the press conference following the Pats' 20-13 victory.

"We have a lot of things that are kind of in the playbook, so that's one of them," the smiling quarterback explained.

So were the Pats trying to confuse the Bills?

"No, just communication on offense," Brady said. "We use a lot of terms."

Running back LeGarrette Blount took a handoff from Brady on the play.

"We've used a lot of things in the past," Brady continued. "We've got a lot of unusual terms. I think we run the gamut, so we got to get creative and think of different things. That one's pretty unique."

In case you're wondering: Peyton once described "Omaha" thusly: "[It] is a run play, but it could be a pass play or a play-action pass, depending on a couple things: which way we're going, the quarter, and the jerseys that we're wearing. It varies, really, from play to play. So, there's your answer to that one."

And here's Rodgers on "New York Bozo," which he used in the playoffs against the Cowboys last season: "Our guys don't know what that means," a smiling Rodgers admitted. "Nobody knew what that meant."
