If you're looking for an early candidate to win the NFL's offensive rookie of the year award, look no further than Saints wide receiver Brandin Cooks.
The 20th overall pick in the 2014 NFL Draft has been dazzling everyone in training camp so far and that dazzling included a play on Tuesday where he caught a screen pass from Drew Brees and then proceeded to outrun everyone on the Saints defense.
Just in case you're wondering how fast Cooks was running, here's what someone who saw the play in person had to say.
