There's nothing more awesome than getting an enthusiastic person on the phone when you ring up customer service. Except calling up Nike to return some shoes and having Richard Sherman answer the phone.

A bunch of swoosh customers had that experience on Saturday, as the Seahawks cornerback  spent the day surprising customers via phone and email by handling their returns and various issues. 

Knowing what we know about Sherman, 1) this is a pretty perfect fit and 2) can't you see him sweet-talking some customer for like 10 minutes before revealing who he is?

Seattle Seahawks cornerback Richard Sherman spent Saturday working the lines in Nike customer service for the company's "Gear Up" day.

Giants wide receiver Victor Cruz (set up shop in New York City) and former Bears linebacker Brian Urlacher (working out of Nike Town Chicago) were also on the phone with customers doing the same thing.
