LOOK: If the Bruins need another enforcer, Tom Brady is ready
Tom Brady reached out to wish the Boston Bruins luck for the coming season and also showed he was ready to step in if they needed an extra enforcer.

After the Boston Bruins got off to a rough start to their season with a 6-2 loss to the Winnipeg Jets, they’re looking for answers. It was an ugly way to open the season on home ice, having been without captain Zdeno Chara and defenseman Dennis Seidenberg.
So who could possibly help the Bruins rebound? Well there just so happens to be a very famous athlete who knows a thing or two about winning, who lives in the neighborhood. If the Bruins had been checking Facebook before Thursday night’s game, they might have had a little bit better result.
New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady rang in the NHL season by offering the Bruins good luck and his services. “Let me know if you need another enforcer out there,” Brady (or his social media team) said in his post to the social media site.
He even included a picture to show what it would look like if he were with the team:

Maybe Claude Julien should call up No. 12 and see if he can play defense. Without Chara and Seidenberg on the back end, things got pretty ugly in the defensive zone. But as we all know, Brady's more of a producer than a stopper.
Either way, Boston’s hockey team looks like they could use all the help they can get right now.
