WATCH: Anthem singer paints patriotic portrait while singing before ECHL game
This is awesome

The Toledo Walleye, ECHL affiliate of the Detroit Red Wings, have had some really clever promotions over the years, but Saturday night was particularly unique.
Just as they do before every game, the Walleye had someone perform the national anthem. However, this time there was a pretty incredible twist. The club invited Joe Everson to bring his creative anthem performance to their fans and did he ever deliver something special.
On top of his singing, Everson is also an artist. He has combined those two passions with his patriotism for what he calls "live action painting while singing." The South Carolina-based performer left the crowd in Toledo stunned with this incredibly cool rendition of the Star Spangled Banner.
Make sure to watch this thing all the way to the end for the spectacular payoff.
