Penguins' Chase Pietila: Earns two helpers in AHL win
Pietila registered two assists in AHL Wilkes-Barre/Scranton's 2-1 overtime win over Providence on Saturday.
Pietila is in his rookie year in the AHL. He hasn't added much offense yet with seven assists in 23 games, but he has posted 38 shots on net, 26 PIM and a plus-9 rating to show some grit in the defensive zone. Saturday's performance ended a five-game slump and was his first multi-point effort.
