Giovanni Simeone has career day for Hellas Verona, scores four goals to sink Lazio in Serie A
Argentine blitzes dad Diego's former club

Lazio suffered a 4-1 defeat away at Hellas Verona on Sunday with Giovanni Simeone scoring all four goals for Igor Tudor's men at Bentegodi to move towards midtable as Maurizio Sarri's men slide out of the European places.
The 26-year-old scored twice in six first half minutes to have Verona 2-0 up thanks to assists from Gianluca Caprari and Miguel Veloso.
4 - Giovanni #Simeone is only one of two @HellasVeronaFC players that have scored 4+ goals in a single Serie A match, after Emanuele Del Vecchio (5 goals v Sampdoria in 1958). Poker.#VeronaLazio #SerieA

Ciro Immobile halved the deficit for Lazio immediately at the start of the second but it was Simeone who completed his hat-trick just after the hour against one of father Diego's former clubs from another Caprari assist.
It was the Spain-born Argentina international on target again deep into added time with Davide Faraoni providing the assist for Simeone to notch his fourth.

Intriguingly, Simeone has a habit of scoring trebles against Sarri sides as this is not the first time it has happened while he also becomes only the second Verona player to hit four goals in a Serie A game.
Tudor's men continue to rise since his arrival while Lazio remain massively unpredictable after beating Roma and Inter Milan but losing to Bologna and now Verona.
