AS Monaco opened its French Ligue 1 season with a disappointing 1-0 loss to Lorient. The French power will be looking for a much better showing against Shakhtar Donetsk when the play-off round of UEFA Champions League qualifying gets underway on Tuesday on Paramount+. Shakhtar is third in the Ukrainian Premier League standings at 3-0-1. Both sides are coming off comfortable wins in the third-round of qualifying, as Shakhtar beat Genk 4-2 on aggregate, while Monaco took its matchup 5-1 against Sparta Prague.

Kick-off for Monaco vs. Shakhtar is set for 3 p.m. ET. Monaco is the -175 money-line favorite (risk $175 to win $100) in the latest Shakhtar vs. Monaco odds at Caesars Sportsbook, while Shakhtar is +360 and a draw is priced at +260.
