PRINCESS ANNE, Md. (AP) Bakari Copeland scored 22 points, including the winning free throw in overtime, to lift Maryland-Eastern Shore to an 82-81 win over Bethune-Cookman on Monday night.

Trailing by a point with 18 seconds left, Copeland was fouled and went to the line, where he hit both free throws, and then Bethune-Cookman's Diamante Lewis put up a jumper at the other end that fell short as time expired.

Ryan Andino also finished with 22 points for Eastern Shore (9-17, 6-5 Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference) and Logan McIntosh had 12 with eight assists.

Bethune-Cookman (5-20, 2-9) led 39-34 at intermission and clung to a three-point lead with under a minute to play in the second half before McIntosh hit a free throw and then Copeland made a layup to tie the game at 74 and force the extra period.

Reggie Baker led the Wildcats with 26 points and Lewis finished with 15 plus a career-high 12 rebounds.
