The Northern Colorado Bears will face off against the #8 Texas Longhorns on the road at 8:30 p.m. ET on Wednesday at Frank Erwin Special Events Center. Northern Colorado will be seeking to avenge the 69-45 loss they suffered the last time these two teams played Nov. 5 of 2019.

Everything came up roses for the Bears at home against the Colorado Coll. Tigers on Monday as the team secured a 93-53 victory.

Meanwhile, the contest between Texas and the Gonzaga Bulldogs on Saturday was not a total blowout, but with Texas falling 86-74 on the road, it was darn close to turning into one. Texas' defeat came about despite a quality game from forward Timmy Allen, who had 18 points along with six rebounds.

Northern Colorado have to know they'll be fighting an uphill battle given the 21 point spread they are up against. If their 2-0 record against the spread is anything to go by, the prospects look good for bets placed on them.
