What to Know

The Boston College Eagles will hit the road for the second straight game as they head to KFC Yum! Center at 7 p.m. ET Wednesday. They aren't favored, but they just beat the odds in their last game, so don't count them out.

After constant struggles on the road, the Eagles have finally found some success away from home. This past Saturday, they narrowly escaped with a victory as the squad sidled past the Clemson Tigers 70-68. BC can attribute much of their success to forward James Karnik, who had 17 points in addition to six rebounds, and guard Makai Ashton-Langford, who had 19 points along with seven boards.

Meanwhile, the contest between the Louisville Cardinals and the Pittsburgh Panthers this past Saturday was not a total blowout, but with U of L falling 65-53 on the road, it was darn close to turning into one. Guard El Ellis had a pretty forgettable game, finishing with ten points on 3-for-10 shooting in his 33 minutes on the court.

The Eagles are expected to win this handily, but they should have beaten the Albany Great Danes Dec. 13 easily too and instead slipped up with a 61-57. In other words, don't count U of L out just yet.
