Gary Patterson on Texas: 'We've beaten better with less'

Gary Patterson is lobbing verbal bombs at the Texas Longhorns.
There have been plenty of questions and concerns about TCU's defense this season thanks to numerous injuries, and suspensions leaving the Horned Frogs rather thin on that side of the ball. On Saturday, before TCU took on Texas, Patterson was asked by ESPN's Todd McShay what the biggest challenge would be for his defense against the Longhorns.
"We've beaten better with less," answered Patterson.
Now, the first thing we should point out is that Patterson is right. The TCU defense has beaten better offenses than Texas'. Just last week the Horned Frogs survived a very good Texas Tech offense, even if they need a minor miracle to do so.
That being said, daaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaang, coach. That's not nice!
