For college football fans of my generation, there are two dates in the year that we look forward to more than any other. The first, and most important, is that Saturday in September when the season kicks off and we are once again immersed in the greatest sport in the world.
Then there's the summer day a few months earlier when EA Sports releases the newest edition of NCAA Football. At that point family, friends and sunlight are thrown aside for endeavors of true importance. Playing video games for hours on end.
NCAA Football 13 will be released this summer, and when it is it will have both Robert Griffin III and Barry Sanders on the cover, as EA Sports released the cover image on Monday.
It's a nice cover, but in reality all it's actually doing is making me wish it was summer already and the game was in my hands.
