Bo Bauer: Waived by Washington
The Commanders waived Bauer (leg) with an injury waiver Monday, per the NFL's transaction log.
Bauer was carted off the field during practice last Thursday after hurting his right leg. He was considered a long shot to make the Commanders' 53-man roster prior to the injury.

Commanders' Bo Bauer: Carted off during practice
Bauer hurt his right leg during practice Thursday and was carted off the field, Nicki Jhabvala of The Washington Post reports.
The specific nature of Bauer's injury hasn't yet been shared, but it's rarely a good sign when a player leaves the field on a cart. The 24-year-old Notre Dame product is trying to make Washington's 53-man roster or practice squad and recorded one tackle (on special teams) during the club's exhibition opener versus the Jets last week.
