Angels' Alan Rangel: Latches on with Angels

Rangel signed a minor-league contract with the Angels on Tuesday.

Rangel, 26, posted a 4.61 ERA and 140:50 K:BB over 127 innings between Double-A Mississippi and Triple-A Gwinnett in Atlanta's organization this past season. The right-hander spent a brief period of time in the majors in 2022 but never made an appearance.
