Athletics' Aaron Brooks: Sent outright to Triple-A

The Athletics outrighted Brooks to Triple-A Las Vegas on Thursday.

Brooks has the option to elect free agency if he wants, but there's precedent for him not doing so, as he already accepted an outright assignment earlier this month. The righty holds a 5.06 ERA and 12:8 K:BB over 26.2 frames during his time in the majors this season.
