Blue Jays' Danny Jansen: Goes on paternity leave

The Blue Jays placed Jansen on the paternity list Monday.

Jansen will miss the next 1-to-3 games while welcoming a new baby. Alejandro Kirk should serve as the Blue Jays' primary catcher during that time, and Brian Serven has been recalled from Triple-A Buffalo to handle backup duties.
