McKenry was traded to the Brewers on Monday.
The Brewers were seeking catching depth at the minor-league level, and they were able to swing a trade for McKenry, who will be playing for his fourth team this season. McKenry will be assigned to Triple-A Colorado Springs, but he has posted a .927 OPS at the Triple-A level this season, so he has a good chance of joining the Brewers at some point before the regular season ends.
