Crawford was released by the Dodgers on Monday, Ken Gurnick of MLB.com reports.
It's not too surprising that Crawford went unclaimed on waivers, considering he still has $35 million coming to him, but he will now become a free agent and look to sign with a new club. Crawford slashed just .185/.230/.235 with no home runs and six RBI in 30 games with the Dodgers this season.
