Dalton Pompey: Cut by Arizona

Pompey was released by the Diamondbacks on Friday, JJ Cooper of Baseball America reports.

The 27-year-old outfielder was once an intriguing prospect with the Blue Jays from 2012 through 2015. However, injuries took their toll and he never really mastered Triple-A pitching.
