Peralta is no longer in the starting lineup for Monday's game against the Padres, Steve Gilbert of MLB.com reports.
The Diamondbacks made the change 30 minutes prior to first pitch and have yet to reveal the reasoning behind the move . Jordan Luplow will get the start in left field and bat sixth in Peralta's absence.
