The Giants have selected Christian with the 149th overall pick in the 2024 First-Year Player Draft.
The 6-foot-5 slugger offers plus raw power from the right side, but Christian has a lot of work to do on his pitch recognition and ability to handle breaking pitches. The University of San Diego product has the arm and athleticism to handle right field, but the bat will play further down the defensive spectrum if he can make enough contact.
