Indians' Stephen Fife: Activated from DL

Fife was reinstated from the minor-league DL on Thursday.

Fife spent the past six weeks on the disabled list due to right elbow soreness. Over 10 starts this year with Triple-A Columbus, he's logged a 6.79 ERA and 1.76 WHIP.
